Any one got subject to work ??

When I receive a S/MIME mail I get this error 'A certificate chain could not be constructed', if I use a Notes 5.x client it popup correctly with 'Issue Cross Certificate'.
If I use Notes 6 Client and send to Notes 6 client it seems to work, and the only change is that the Notes 6 Client also sends the Root-Certificat with-in the smime.p7s file and not only the User-Certificat.
Is this a bug i Notes 6 that it needs this Root-Certificat to be with-in the mail ?, I meen Notes 5 and other client works fine with only the User-Certificat.

PS. Yes I have tried to import the Root-Certificat to the addressbook and also tryed making the Cross certificate same result :(
